Shrimp Orleans, yum! This is a great easy to make dish, you’ll like it with rice or on a tortilla. Don’t believe me? Give it a try 😉
What you’ll need
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked shrimp, deveined
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Heinz Ketchup (must be Heinz in this house!)
salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 ounces) can of mushrooms, drained
Now to put it all together
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onions and garlic and cook until tender. I like mine to have a caramelized look to them.
Combine soup, sour cream, Heinz Ketchup, salt, and pepper; stir into onion and garlic mixture.
Add mushrooms and shrimp; heat on low (medium-low at this point if you’re in a hurry is fine) until all is heated through and ready to serve!
